Evan's writing!

In Evan's pre-K classroom they're encouraging the kids to write. I've been impressed at how much better his writing of his name has become already. They get him to do things there that we cannot do at all at home!

Yesterday when I went to pick him up, he didn't want me to see what he was doing. He took something to his teachers to staple, and then ran up to me. He had spent who knows how long doing word books. They have books in the classroom of pictures with the names of the objects written below them. The kids will copy the words (when they want to) and get practice writing. I never thought Evan would have the patience at this point to do it, but he did! Obviously there was a theme to the book he was copying from. Can you tell what it is?
