Evan's first trip to the carnival

We drove by a church carnival on Friday and Evan was so excited, I told him I would take him back sometime during the weekend to go on some rides for the first time. We made it out on Saturday evening, and he was so funny. He wanted to be carried a lot (unusual), and would just hang on to me and press his cheek against mine, which was so sweet. He went on the big slide, the obstacle course/ball pit, the swings, and a spaceship ride. He had a BLAST!
I made the mistake of telling him it was open on Sunday too, only to find when we arrived for his promised second visit (as the first time it was nearly 9 pm by the time we left), the carnival was GONE! Luckily we're going to the Maplewood Carnival this coming weekend and that helped cheer him up, along with a special trip to the park with the merry-go-round and the GIANT PUDDLE!

I think this is his first time in a ball pit, not sure!
